O estudioso alertou em entrevista ao\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brasil247.com\/\">247<\/a>\u00a0para os &#8216;riscos gigantescos&#8217; ao Brasil gerados pelo aquecimento global e afirmou que criar um novo modelo global de gest\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas ambientais &#8220;\u00e9 o maior desafio da hist\u00f3ria da humanidade&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;O Oceano Atl\u00e2ntico ao Norte da Linha do Equador est\u00e1 muito quente, batendo recordes de temperatura, o que causa secas no Nordeste e na Amaz\u00f4nia. As secas de 2005 e 2010 na Amaz\u00f4nia foram causadas por isso, enquanto a desse ano foi causada tamb\u00e9m pelo El Ni\u00f1o muito forte. A seca no Nordeste ocorrer\u00e1 de fevereiro a maio de 2024&#8221;, disse Nobre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oito estados das regi\u00f5es Norte e Nordeste j\u00e1 enfrentam neste ano a pior seca desde 1980, segundo o Centro de Monitoramento e Alertas de Desastres Naturais (Cemaden) &#8211; Amazonas, Par\u00e1, Acre, Amap\u00e1, Maranh\u00e3o, Piau\u00ed, Bahia e Sergipe. A lista das unidades federativas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o preocupante por causa da falta de chuvas foi divulgada no m\u00eas passado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No El Ni\u00f1o, os ventos al\u00edsios, que saem dos tr\u00f3picos em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 linha do Equador, sopram no sentido leste-oeste. Quando ocorre o fen\u00f4meno, os ventos perdem for\u00e7a. As correntes frias n\u00e3o sobem para a superf\u00edcie do mar, levando as \u00e1guas do Oceano Pac\u00edfico a se tornarem mais quentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nobre tamb\u00e9m alertou para os graves riscos \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a das pessoas diante da amea\u00e7a de aumento nos n\u00edveis dos oceanos em decorr\u00eancia do derretimento acelerado de geleiras. Ele defendeu a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de mecanismos para combater esse desafio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Se continuarmos a aquecer o planeta, vamos derreter as geleiras e o n\u00edvel do mar vai subir muitos metros. Em 500-1500 anos, vamos derreter grande parte das geleiras da Groenl\u00e2ndia e da Ant\u00e1rtida. Esse risco \u00e9 gigantesco.
