A maior parte do grupo julgador, composto por deputados estaduais e desembargadores do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a catarinense, considerou que o governador n\u00e3o cometeu crime de responsabilidade ao conceder aumento salarial aos procuradores do estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um dos membros da comiss\u00e3o se absteve na vota\u00e7\u00e3o. Mois\u00e9s ainda enfrenta outro pedido de impeachment na Assembleia, que trata de supostas irregularidades na tentativa de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um hospital de campanha em Itaja\u00ed e sobre a compra de 200 respiradores pelo valor de R$ 33 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O dinheiro, alegam os acusadores, foi pago antecipadamente e sem garantia de entrega.
