A mudan\u00e7a, que havia sido definida em conven\u00e7\u00e3o partid\u00e1ria, foi aprovada hoje em sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria pelos ministros do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jovempan.uol.com.br\/tag\/tribunal-superior-eleitoral\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE)<\/a>. A legenda, que tem o n\u00famero 22, obteve o registro de seu estatuto no TSE em 19 de dezembro de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A altera\u00e7\u00e3o teve vota\u00e7\u00e3o quase un\u00e2nime: dos 182 participantes, apenas 9 votaram contra. O relator do pedido foi o ministro Tarcisio Vieira de Carvalho Neto, que seguiu o parecer do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral (MPE) opinando favoravelmente pela anota\u00e7\u00e3o da nova denomina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acordo com o MPE, o novo nome corresponde \u00e0 denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de uma das legendas que formaram o pr\u00f3prio PR. Al\u00e9m disso, o \u00fanico partido com um nome parecido atualmente \u00e9 o Partido Social Liberal (PSL), que coexistiu sem nenhuma confus\u00e3o por parte do eleitor com o antigo PL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O plen\u00e1rio determinou que o novo Partido Liberal fa\u00e7a as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias em 90 dias, principalmente no artigo 50 do estatuto que prev\u00ea que, no caso de extin\u00e7\u00e3o da legenda, os recursos do Fundo Partid\u00e1rio devem ser direcionados a eles, e os bens adquiridos com tais verbas revertidos \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recentemente, os partidos PPS mudou seu nome para Cidadania e o PRB para Republicanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FONTE: Jovem Pan<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Partido da Rep\u00fablica (PR) se chamar\u00e1, a partir desta ter\u00e7a-feira (7), Partido Liberal (PL).
